We visited the first ADCC Lightweight Training Camp 2021 in Wales organised by Ash Williams with over 100 practitioners coming together to learn from some of the best in the world.
During the camp, both ADCC Medalist Ffion Davies and current Polaris 3 title holder Ash Williams held seminars over two days. Here is a video of them training and sparring.
