All of us practicing and enjoying them are part of a community, a culture, that we enrich with our dedication in one way or the other.
After more than seven years working on the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu media market, Maggie Left and Dominik Borowyczk have come together and joined forces to create a new online platform, GrappleCulture.com
We want it to be the European media platform of reference for the grappling community. An online spot to learn, discover, discuss, get to know better and expand our knowledge and vision of the art.

Currently working as one of the main photographers at the IBJJF, Maggie has captured some of the most iconic moments in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu over the last 7 years.
Now she wants to use GrappleCulture to help telling athlete’s stories and give back to the community through her trademark emotive storytelling and high-quality content.
Dominik also known as Borojitsu started photographing jiu jitsu at local Polish tournament back in 2018. Since then he is fully committed himself to document the beauty of grappling, photographing at all major events, camps and academies.
As part of GrappleCulture Dominik wants to help spread Jiu-Jitsu, while focusing on promoting European athletes and rising young stars
At the moment we are counting on our own resources to build GrappleCulture. We thought about hiring more people and creating a PPV / subscription system but we know things are tighter after the pandemic so we’ve decided to go for a crowdfunding type of business in which anyone who can/want to help can donate to our page to support the creation of more and better content.
